7. Artwork Proofs and Approval

7.1 Where Print Juice supplies artwork or a proof for approval, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the proof carefully before authorising production.

7.2 Customers should check spelling, telephone numbers, email addresses, website addresses, dates, prices, dimensions, positioning and all other relevant information.

7.3 Once a customer has approved artwork for printing, Print Juice cannot accept responsibility for typographical, factual or other errors that were visible in the approved proof.

7.4 If we identify an apparent problem before production, we may contact you for clarification or revised artwork. However, responsibility for final approval remains with the customer.

8.1 Quotations supplied by Print Juice are based upon the information and specifications provided at the time of quotation.

8.2 Changes to quantity, size, material, finishing, artwork, delivery requirements or other specifications may result in a revised price.

8.3 An order becomes binding when it has been accepted by Print Juice and any required payment, deposit or artwork approval conditions have been satisfied.

8.4 Estimated production and delivery dates are given in good faith but may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Colour and Print Reproduction

9.1 Colours displayed on computer monitors, phones and other screens may differ from colours produced in print.

9.2 Reasonable variations may also occur between different print processes, materials, substrates and production runs.

9.3 Where precise colour reproduction is important, customers should discuss their requirements with Print Juice before approving production.

10. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

10.1 Many products supplied by Print Juice are produced to a customer’s individual specification and cannot simply be returned or resold.

10.2 If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Whether an order can be cancelled will depend upon the stage it has reached in the artwork and production process.

10.3 Once personalised or bespoke goods have entered production, cancellation or refund may not be possible except where required by law or where the goods are faulty.
